Okay… New Year Resolution Time.
New Year. New Me.
2012 I’m coming at you full force. To better myself and learn to enjoy life.
My goals for this year are:
1. Lose some weight and tone up a bit by:
- Im going to start eating healthier. I know I keep saying this but I’m finally ready for this change, so why not start it this year.
- I’m planning of working out every day that I can. I would like to do at least 1 Nike Training Club (If you don’t have this app get it. Its amazing!) a day that I have practice at school. Most likely the ab ones, and 2 of the drills on the days I don’t have anything.
- I am also going to track my workouts and food and what not on a separate blog I am going to make. I’ll post a like once I get it up and started if you would like to follow.
2. I am going to try and be more open and try and make new friends while I’m at school. I’ll try and stop worrying about what other people think and jut be myself, and enjoy the opportunity I have been given.
3. Im going to also try and enjoy life a little more and just be happy with what is going on. Accept the change that is going to happen and use it to my advantage.
